Implementing Advanced Telepresence Video Solutions [v1.0] - Part 1

This is a five day course designed to empower the partner with the capacity to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot a Cisco TelePresence network so that 80 percent of all field activity is unassisted.

After you complete this course you will be able to:

Locate support documentation, and install, operate, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the Cisco TelePresence Multipoint Control Unit (MCU).
Install, operate, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the Cisco TelePresence Management Suite (TMS).
